Often heard the same question from customer:I need a few pieces of #highvoltagecascade (cascada/waterfall),Do you have this type?(With a picture showing to me).

My normal answers:Yes we have the same.But i need to know :

1.How many pins of the cascade ?

2. how many volts of the cascade you need?If you have no idea of that,could you please show me picture of the back after you split the cover?And the technical data on the transformer which is equipped inside the controller?

Why we need these data?

Different supplier offers different connection of powder gun.Cascade varies,too.Data of the powder gun matches together with the transformer ,solenoid valve,PC board.Then the machine works.Otherwise even if we offer you the same cascade on shape,the data can not match together.Then finally it is a waste of time and money for both supplier and clients.

How are the cascades made after all?

Lets first see a picture together .

As we can see,a complete cascade includes the coil,electrical capacitance,silicone ion.After these parts were assembled correctly,next step is Inject the adhesive to the mold which has the assembled cascade part inside.They will be tested one by one after finished.A few photos to show you part of the process.
